The New York Lottery anthem, “Are You Ready?” — the song you happily just can’t get away from. The song you warble through a mouthful of toothpaste every morning. The song you sing through those coffee-stained teeth on the subway platform, head cautiously bopping with the pulse beat, was perpetrated by none other than the charismatic Australian songwriter and vocal sensation, Kate Miller-Heidke.
